We want you to have the best shopping experience with Arosris. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to process a return under the following conditions:
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be shipped back to us within this 14-day timeframe.
Condition of Items All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping & Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees.

Please Note: As our returns are processed at our international facility, any customs duties or taxes incurred upon re-entry will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order on our website.
Non-Returnable Items Pre-orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, as these items are produced specifically for you.
