HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER? To edit or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancellations once your order has been processed or shipped.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS? Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of your package. However, we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300.
MY ORDER IS STILL "IN PROCESS." WHEN WILL IT SHIP? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility.
DO YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS? No, we do not cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs duties incurred when the return package re-enters our international facility will be deducted from your refund.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions (unworn, tags attached), we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 3-6 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES? All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means customers are responsible for paying any local customs duties or taxes when the package arrives in their country.
