# Shipping

All AROSRIS pieces are shipped from our studio in 
Hangzhou, China.

## Order Processing

Orders are processed within **1–3 business days**. 
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation 
email with a tracking number.

Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays 
will begin processing the next business day.

## Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, 
not order date:

— **Standard Shipping:** 5–10 business days
— **Express Shipping (FedEx):** 3-4 business days

Rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.

## Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your 
location and selected shipping method.

## Duties & Taxes

**For Express Shipping (FedEx):**
Duties and taxes are **included in your order**. We ship 
on a **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** basis, meaning the 
price you pay at checkout is the final price — no 
surprise fees at delivery.

**For Standard Shipping:**
Most orders arrive with no additional fees. However, in 
rare cases, your local customs authority may charge 
import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees, if 
applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and 
are determined by your country's customs regulations.

If you'd like a fully pre-paid experience with no 
possibility of customs charges, we recommend selecting 
**Express Shipping** at checkout.

## Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally. Delivery to some regions may be subject 
to local carrier availability or customs regulations, and 
occasional delays are outside our control.

If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, email us 
at **support@aroserising.com** before ordering.

## Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive a 
tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business 
days, please reach out — we'll investigate right away.

## Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or 
arrives damaged, please email **support@aroserising.com** 
within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll investigate with the carrier and offer you either 
a **full replacement** or a **full refund** — whichever 
you prefer.

## Pre-Order Items

Items marked "Pre-Order" will ship on the date listed on 
the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and 
pre-order items, the full order will ship together once 
all items are ready.
