We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with Arosris. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, exchanges, and refunds below.
1. Order Cancellations & Edits
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or exchange it.

Note on Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled, as these products are manufactured specifically for you.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or size, you may do so provided the item is in stock.

Exchanges are typically processed within 3 working days after we receive your return.

If your requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window. You may apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving your product.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

Shipping Deadline: The return package must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: At this time, we do not cover return shipping costs. All return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fee: If a package is returned to us because it was not collected on time or due to an insufficient address, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Issues: We cannot issue refunds if an order fails to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
