    We are pleased to offer Worldwide Shipping to our customers. Below you will find the details of our shipping processes and options.

    1. Processing & Shipping Time

    • Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

    • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at support@arosris.com.

    • Pre-orders: Please check the specific product page for lead times, as pre-order items follow a different production schedule.

    2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

    We offer two main shipping methods to provide you with flexibility and speed:

    • Air Freight (Standard Shipping): Estimated arrival in 7–13 business days.

    • Express Direct Mail (Express Delivery): Estimated arrival in 3–5 business days.

    3. Shipping Rates

    • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $300.

    • For orders under $300, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your choice of delivery method.

    4. Address Accuracy & Changes

    • Customer Responsibility: Arosris is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

    • Immediate Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make corrections.

    • In-Transit Changes: If you request an address change once the package is already in transit, a minimum fee of $15 will apply (the final cost depends on the package weight).

    • Our Guarantee: If we make a mistake on our end regarding your shipping details, we will take full responsibility and rectify the order at no additional charge to you.

    Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please keep this for your records.
